Sunbirds and Spiderhunters Nectarinidae
This large Old World family consisting of 123 species is divided into 5 genera. The Amani Sunbird Anthreptes pallidigaster, Loveridge's Sunbird Nectarinia loveridgei and Elegant Sunbird Aethopyga duyvenbodei are considered endangered. 4 species are listed as vulnerable and another 8 are near-threatened.
